Facility Manager - (Floor Management ) Phase IV

Role & responsibilities

Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the client on site as well as practice excellent teamwork and support for the other members of the service.

▪ Site Co-ordination, Client Meeting Presentation, and Team Supervision and Vendor management.

▪ Detailed Quantity Calculation for BOQ/Tender, BOM, Invoicing, Estimation, Budgeting, Costing

Measurement of work etc.

▪ Raising of Purchase Order, Purchase Requisition, Negotiations & Material Procurement.

▪ Identify client needs and expectations and ensure client satisfaction.

▪ Asses weekly and monthly figures and maintain adequate control to monitor budget performance.

▪ Responsible for spare parts Planning, Demanding, Stocking & Optimum Utilization.

▪ Reviewing of daily reports, keeping records & responsible for all types of problem related to given sites.

▪ Routine/surprise inspections for electrical distribution panels LT/HT & equipment i.e., Transformers, DGs etc and WTP, STP.

▪ AMC for all equipment like UPS, Precision AC & for fire system, CCTV, Access Control system.

▪ Monitoring of snag list along with due dates and action plan, regular follow up for timely completion of

the tasks.

▪ Energy conservation and utilities management monitoring consumption levels.
