Contracts Management Expert

Intercontinental Consultants and Technocrats Pvt. Ltd. is urgently looking to hire "Contracts Management Expert" for India's 1st General Consultancy project of Western Railways".

Job Location : Vadodara Gujarat

Eligibility Criteria: (i) Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum of 10 years Experience in Handling Contracts pertaining to Construction Industry (Railways/Highway)

OR

(ii) Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum of 15 years Experience in Handling Contracts pertaining to Construction Industry (Railways/Highway)

Job Profile :

(A). Assist client for preparing tenders documents.

(B). Developing and presenting project proposals in consent with Chief Contract Management Expert (CCME)

(C). Quantify and analyse variations by the Contractor and get it reviewed by CCME.

(D). Assist CCME in Reviewing of Impact of EOT & Change of Scope (if any)

(E). Review budgets and timescales.

(F). Analyse Arbitral Awards & Judgements in consultation with Legal Expert and get it reviewed by CCME

(G). Assist CCME in dealing with any unexpected costs

(H). Timely Contractual Correspondence with the stakeholders.
