Requirement of Architect For Jharkhand.

Project: Appointment of General Consultant (GC) for Engineering Department of Chakradharpur (CKP) Division

Client: IREPS, South Eastern Railway

Preferred candidate profile

i. Professional Qualification: B. ARCH from a recognised Institute

ii. Length of experience: 3 years for degree

iii. Relevant Experience:

a) Experience in designing of architectural, interiors, landscape of Railway stations and Buildings

b) Knowledge of latest Softwares.

c) Experience in related codes applicable to building work/ Station design.

d) Co-Ordination with external consultants and interface with System contractors for architecture work of various stations and Buildings

e) Designing Multi Model integration Plans.

f) Design of station Area on the basis of Transit Oriented Development and similar Policies. In-depth knowledge of building laws and local bye laws is mandatory and interview before finalization will be taken.
