Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and design architectural projects in compliance with municipal by-laws.
• Conduct site analysis to inform design decisions and ensure project feasibility.
• Prepare detailed architectural working drawings (Plans, sections & Elevations) and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, builders, and consultants to ensure project alignment with technical and regulatory standards.
• Engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements, translating them into feasible designs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, ideally within a real estate context.
• Solid understanding of municipal by-laws and building regulations in Mumbai.
• Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Vray, Microsoft office, etc.)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional detail orientation and problem-solving capabilities.
