Team Lead - Contracts (Female only)

Purpose of role:

Lead the contract execution, administration and management process at the organization; Ensure adherence to contract guidelines and swift resolution of contract related disputes.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. To assist HOD C in discharging all his responsibilities.
2. To study the Contract conditions of the Contract Documents and prepare the CAD in
consultation with HOD C.
3. To ensure proper and timely drafting of correspondences at HO level in consultation with the
HOD C.
4. To ensure the correctness and sufficiency of Contractual provisions/ in all the
correspondences referred by site to HO.
5. To co-ordinate with the Project Owner, Project Manager & site Contract Team and verify the
inputs required for drafting correspondence/ strategy formation.
6. To modify / prepare drafts sent by Site Contract Team.
7. To take views and suggestions from legal personnel on important contractual matters.
8. To collate MIS received from all the sites and prepare and circulate a comprehensive MIS to
concerned.
9. To perform any other assignment as directed by HOD.
