Asst. Manager (Contracts)

Role & responsibilities

The Asst. Manager supports the legal function in contract management, risk mitigations and providing legal advice to safeguard the organizations interests. He prepares contracts and litigations to support business operations.

The Asst. Manager Legal works closely with internal teams, external legal counsel, and regulatory bodies to address legal issues and ensure business continuity while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts that protect the organizations interests.
• Proactively identifying and mitigating potential legal risks to avoid litigation and penalties.
• Managing ongoing litigation, settlements, and alternative dispute resolution processes
• Supporting in Legal Due Diligence
• Managing relationships with external legal advisors to ensure cost-efficient and high-quality legal services.
• Conducting research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents to support business decisions.
• Representing legal cases on behalf of company.
