Marketing Team Lead
Responsibilites:
Brand Management:
- Champion brand consistency across all channels, maintaining our brand identity, tone, and values.
- Conduct market research to fine-tune brand positioning in line with target audience perceptions and needs.
- Oversee potential risks to the brand's reputation, coordinating with PR and communications teams when needed.
Online Marketing:
- Drive online campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including search engines, social media, and email marketing.
- Manage the content team to produce relevant, engaging content that resonates with our online audience.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Online Business Growth:
- Oversee performance marketing efforts such as PPC, affiliate marketing, and retargeting to ensure consistent online revenue streams.
- Enhance our online presence from website functionality to landing pages, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Continuously monitor and interpret online metrics, driving sales growth and engagement.
Offline Brand Strategy:
- Lead offline initiatives.
- Engage with external partners and stakeholders to bolster consistent brand representation in physical arenas.
- Oversee offline advertising campaigns.
- Plan and manage events and influencers, participation in exhibitions.
Marketing Strategy Formulation:
- Innovate, develop, and roll out marketing strategies that amplify brand prominence and spur sales.
- Partner with cross-functional teams for integrated campaigns and alignment with overarching business aims.
Team Management & Collaboration:
- Direct, mentor, and elevate a team of marketing aficionados, instilling a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Collaborate extensively with sales, product development, operations and other key departments to realize comprehensive marketing success.
- Develop Manpower competency and complete all the HR activates on time.
- Abide by HR policies and development of professional attributes.
