Role: Sales Head.
Reporting to: Managing Director.
Goal:
- Lead Gen.
- Closures.
- Collection.
Msr: 5/6 years Experience of selling luxury fashion, Interior, Lighting or jewellery brands.
- Degree in luxury brand management.
- Excellent grooming and communication skills.
- MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads Management (exhibitions, social media, etc.
- Handover warm leads to Project Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the sales team. Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and optimize sales efforts.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Recruit, hire, and onboard talented sales professionals. Provide ongoing training and development to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Foster a positive and high-performing sales culture. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
Lead Generation and Management:
- Oversee lead generation activities through various channels, including exhibitions, social media, and digital marketing.
- Implement effective lead qualification and nurturing processes.
- Prioritize and manage a pipeline of leads to maximize conversion rates.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and potential customers.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyze key sales metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-6 years of experience in selling luxury fashion, interior design, lighting, or jewelry brands.
Education:
- Degree in luxury brand management or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
