Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounting
Role & Responsibilities.
- Managing the end-to-end AP and AR processes.
- Ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payments.
- Reconciliation of accounts to maintain accuracy.
- Handling the complete books of accounts.
- Preparing journal entries and maintaining accurate general ledger records.
- Ensuring compliance with GST, PF, TDS, ESI, and other regulatory requirements.
- Filing accurate and timely returns as per statutory guidelines.
- Preparing for and managing statutory audits.
- Ensuring compliance with audit requirements and timely resolution of queries.
- Generating financial reports and MIS.
- Assisting in budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Utilizing Tally or ERP software for accounting operations.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Preparing and presenting financial data effectively.
Desired Experience And Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CA/ICWA/CMA qualification is a plus.
- Proven experience in the eCommerce industry is highly preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, including AP, AR, and general ledger management.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (GST, PF, TDS, ESI).
- Proficiency in Tally or ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
