About The Job:
- We are looking for someone who is super enthusiastic about ECommerce, is a self-starter, has a strong bias for action and is solution driven.
- Someone who understands the nuances of working on different Marketplace Channels, categories and scale the business multi-fold.
- Advice on evidence-based and experimental changes to our channels and monitor the effectiveness of strategies by inspecting standardized metrics.
- In so doing, you should lead teams of staff, ensuring that you are available to furnish pertinent individuals with practical guidance, as required.
Role & Responsibilities.
- Strategically allocating budgets across various growth levers to optimize performance and ROI.
- Own revenue & PnL for multiple Ecommerce Marketplaces - Secondary offtakes, primaries, promotions, marketing visibility and operations.
- Responsible for the growth/ demand charter for the categories end to end across all channels.
- Exploring, experimenting and implementing new growth levers and ensuring both growth and Profitability metrics are met.
- Oversee a team of marketplaces & operations for multiple categories.
- Own the customer experience for brands on all online channels.
- Relationship management across all Marketplace channel partners, planning for marketing budgets spent across channels.
- Reports to and consults with upper management and executives, as needed, to help drive strategic organizational and platform growth.
Desired Experience And Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred.
- Years of Experience: 5-7 years in Ecommerce.

- Strong presentation skills; Excellent attention to detail.
- Managed multiple categories under one roof.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Quickly adaptable to changing processes and requirements.
