Manager - Lead Generation
What you will deliver:
- Conduct high-volume cold outreach via email, social media, and phone to generate leads.
- Qualify leads and determine their fit for our services in influencer marketing, PR, SEO, and other crypto marketing solutions.
- Schedule meetings with qualified leads for our sales team.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of warm leads.
- Meet or exceed monthly quotas for lead generation and meetings booked.
Must Haves for the Role:
- Proven 2 years minimum experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role, preferably within the crypto or digital marketing industry.
- Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
- Strong understanding of crypto marketing services, including influencer marketing, PR, SEO, and social media management.
- Strong understanding of Crypto/Blockchain/Web3.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
