Senior Software Engineer - Redis Platform Management (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Design and implement best practices for deploying and managing Redis databases on-premises.

- Collaborate with customers to tailor Redis solutions to their specific business needs.

- Continuously identify and implement improvements to processes, tools, and technologies related to Redis deployments.

- Provide advanced technical support to SRE and L2 Operations teams for complex Redis-related issues.

- Develop automation tools and runbooks to enhance the reliability and stability of Redis deployments.

- Participate in on-call rotations to provide critical support during off-hours.

Skills Requirements :

- Strong proficiency in Redis Enterprise Platform management and development using Java and .NET.

- Deep understanding of enterprise technologies like DNS, LDAP, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Load Balancers, and TLS/SSL.

- Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, GCP).

- Solid foundation in Linux/Unix systems.

- Experience with monitoring and alerting systems (Dynatrace is a plus).

- Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for automation.

- Familiarity with source control systems like Git and GitLab.

Experience :

- At least 5 years of experience as a senior developer in large IT projects.
