Salesforce Test Architect - Provar/Copado Robotic Testing (8-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for Salesforce projects, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing.

- Define test objectives, scope, and criteria based on project requirements and business needs.

- Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Provar, Copado Robotic Testing (CRT), and other relevant tools.

- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to enable continuous testing and faster feedback loops.

- Analyze test results, identify and track defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.

- Manage and maintain test environments, including data setup, configuration, and maintenance.

- Guide and mentor junior testers on testing methodologies, best practices, and the use of testing tools.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

- Ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce implementations by identifying and mitigating potential risks.

- Advocate for quality throughout the development process and promote a culture of quality within the organization.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- 8+ years of overall QA/testing experience.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce testing.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in Salesforce testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

- Hands-on experience with Provar and Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).

- Experience with other test automation tools is a plus.

- Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.

- Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce configurations.

- Experience with CI/CD tools like Copado, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
