Salesforce/MS Dynamics Test Engineer (4-8 yrs)

Sterlite Technologies Limited (STL) is seeking an experienced Salesforce/MS Dynamics Testing Engineer to join their dynamic team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in functional QA testing with expertise in testing Salesforce or MS Dynamics applications, particularly in the Sales Module.

The role will involve working closely with the development and QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery of projects using various testing methodologies.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Perform functional QA testing for Salesforce and MS Dynamics applications, specifically within the Sales Module.

- Create, execute, and manage test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios to ensure the quality and functionality of applications.

- Use test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar to document and track testing activities.

- Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure test coverage for all features.

- Test microservices and REST APIs as part of the overall application testing.

- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help ensure that the application meets business requirements.

- Apply agile methodologies in testing cycles and contribute to process improvements.

- Ensure data integrity during testing and validate data flows across systems.

- Follow the software development life cycle (SDLC) to perform testing at various stages of the development process.

Skills and Qualifications :

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of experience in functional QA testing.

- Good understanding of Salesforce/MS Dynamics Sales Module.

- Strong proficiency in creating and executing test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.

- Experience with test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar.

- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively within cross-functional teams.

- Experience with BDD (Cucumber) and REST API testing.

- Hands-on experience in microservices testing.

Additional Skills :

- User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Experience in test planning and preparing test documentation.

- Ability to ensure data integrity during the testing process.

- Experience in using Jira, TestRail, and other test management tools.
