Salesforce/MS Dynamics Testing Engineer (5-6 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce/MS Dynamics Testing Engineer with expertise in functional QA testing and a strong understanding of the Sales Module.

The candidate should have experience in test management tools, agile methodologies, and API testing.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Perform functional QA testing for Salesforce/MS Dynamics applications.

- Create and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios to ensure software quality.

- Work with test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar platforms.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the Sales Module.

- Follow software development life cycle (SDLC) and work within agile methodologies.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and performance testing as needed.

- Perform API testing using Rest API and validate microservices.

- Implement BDD testing using Cucumber for automation.

- Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to ensure quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications :

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of functional QA testing experience.

- Strong understanding of Sales Module in Salesforce/MS Dynamics.

- Hands-on experience with test management tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.)

- Proficiency in BDD Cucumber & Rest API testing.

- Experience in testing microservices.

- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
