Exp : 8 to 12 yrs.

Key Responsibilities :

Advanced On-premises Kubernetes Cluster Management :

- Lead the design, deployment, and management of scalable and highly available Kubernetes clusters using Rancher.

- Optimize Kubernetes infrastructure and ensure seamless operations in a multi-cluster environment.

- Troubleshoot complex Kubernetes issues and guide teams on best practices for container orchestration, scaling, and high availability in the production environment.

- Implement Kubernetes upgrades, patching, and version control across environments.

Kafka Architecture & Performance Optimization :

- Architect, deploy, and manage Kafka clusters, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and data integrity.

- Optimize Kafka producers, consumers, and brokers for performance, throughput, and latency.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Kafka issues, including data replication, partitioning, and network performance.

Redis Implementation & Scaling :

- Manage and scale Redis clusters for optimal caching, session management, and real-time data processing.

- Implement strategies for data persistence, high availability (e., Redis Sentinel), and disaster recovery.

- Perform deep-dive performance tuning and troubleshooting of Redis instances to meet business-critical requirements.

Postgres Database Management & Scaling :

- Lead the design and management of PostgreSQL database clusters, including replication, backups, and disaster recovery.

- Optimize database performance for large-scale applications by fine-tuning queries, indexes,. and resource allocation.

- Provide expert guidance in high-availability architectures for PostgreSQL and database. migration strategies.

CI/CD Pipeline Management with Jenkins :

- Architect and manage Jenkins pipelines for end-to-end CI/CD workflows, focusing on automation, efficiency, nexus, SonarQube, checkmarx, maven and reliability.

- Integrate Jenkins with Kubernetes, Kafka, and Postgres to streamline application deployments and infrastructure management.

- Mentor teams on building and troubleshooting complex Jenkins pipelines for continuous integration, testing, and deployment.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Implementation :

- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform,Helm, and Ansible for environment provisioning and configuration management.

- Automate the deployment of Kubernetes clusters, Kafka, Redis, Postgres, and Jenkins environments across development, staging, and production.

Monitoring, Logging, and Incident Management :

- Implement and maintain robust monitoring and alerting solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack to ensure system health.

- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis during production incidents, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.

- Provide proactive recommendations for system improvements based on monitoring data.

Security and Compliance :

- Design and enforce security best practices for Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, Postgres, and Jenkins environments, including network policies, RBAC, and data encryption.

- Lead audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure systems comply with organizational and regulatory standards.

- Mentor teams on security practices such as secret management, access controls, and data protection.
