Oracle BRM Developer (3-6 yrs)

Job Description :

We are hiring an Oracle BRM Developer for STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited on a full-time basis. The role is open to candidates from any location in India, with a preference for Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, or Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience working on BRM/ECE/PDC with a strong understanding of BSS/OSS domains.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Work with all BRM modules, including Subscription Management, Billing & Invoicing, Payments & Account Receivable, Collections, and Integration.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and low-level designs.

- Develop and implement Oracle BRM solutions using C, C++, Java, PL/SQL, and scripting languages.

- Ensure solution feasibility by conducting POCs and prototypes.

- Perform real-time and offline rating, product configuration using PDC, and general ledger setup.

- Customize invoicing, taxation, and discount configurations within BRM.

- Handle accounts receivable, payment processing, and integration tasks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance BRM architecture and configurations.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- 3+ years of experience working on BRM/ECE/PDC in a development role (not support/operations).

- Strong programming skills in C, C++, Java, and experience with Oracle 12c/19c, PL/SQL, and PCM Java.

- Proficiency in BRM Web Services and scripting languages like Perl/Python.

- Deep understanding of BRM architecture and its configurations for real-time and batch rating.

- Experience in product configuration using PDC, general ledger, accounts receivable, taxation, and invoicing customization.

- Hands-on experience in billing, discount configurations, and payment handling.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems
