Job description

• Responsible for endtoend Recruitment Process
• Partnering with business heads, understanding requirements and ensuring timely closure of bulk/support manpower needs.
• Extensive Experience in mid to senior level hiring and should have expertise analyzing projected head count increase
• Sourcing the best talent through Job Portal, Head Hunting, References, Advertisements, Networking Sites, etc.
• Comprehensive stakeholder management at every stage of recruitment process.
• Exp in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement initiatives pertaining to given region.
• Performance Management, Promotion/ Talent Review pertaining to given region.
• Retention, handling employee grievances, counselling employees.
• Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards Mass Mid-Mass hiring
• Industry mapping and tracking to source manpower to work experience, job profile, fitment, functional expertise and organizational set ups.
• Good experience and understanding on all HRBP activities
