Position: Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Timings: 9 Hours *** Candidates comfortable for 06 days working from Office must apply***

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Recruitment Strategy: Work with department heads to create effective recruitment strategies based on organizational talent needs.
🔹 End-to-End Hiring Process: Manage the full recruitment cycle—posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
🔹 Candidate Sourcing: Leverage job portals, social media, agencies, and headhunting to attract top talent.
🔹 Interview Coordination: Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience by scheduling and coordinating interviews.
🔹 Offer Management: Extend offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
🔹 Employer Branding: Promote Malabar Gold & Diamonds as the employer of choice by showcasing our values, culture, and growth opportunities.
🔹 Stakeholder Management: Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to ensure timely position closures.
🔹 Recruitment Reporting: Provide updates on recruitment metrics and candidate pipeline to leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Experience: 6-8 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (preferably in retail, fashion, or luxury).
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA in HR is a plus.
✅ Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Technology: Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, and MS Office.
✅ Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building and networking abilities with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
✨ Experience in hiring for retail or luxury sectors.
✨ Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices.
