HR Manager

Recruitment is responsible for overseeing and managing the recruitment process, ensuring that the organization attracts and hires top talent. The role involves in implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the hiring lifecycle, and collaborating with department heads to meet staffing needs while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's hiring needs.
• Analyze workforce needs and recommend effective actions for recruitment.

Talent Acquisition:

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle (posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers).
• Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and in alignment with company goals.

Candidate Sourcing:

• Utilize various channels (job boards, recruitment agencies, professional networks, etc.) to attract top talent.

Interviewing & Selection:

• Coordinate and conduct interviews, skill assessments, and reference checks.
• Collaborate with department heads to assess candidate qualifications and make informed hiring decisions.

Hiring Compliance:

• Ensure all recruitment processes comply with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.

Onboarding Support:

• Work with HR colleagues to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires and help integrate them successfully into the organization.

Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:

• Track KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on recruitment outcomes.

Collaboration & Team Support:

• Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure alignment with overall HR initiatives.
