Hr Executive And Generalist

Role & responsibilities

• Source top talent through headhunting, industry mapping, and end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Conduct thorough screening and shortlisting of candidates based on job specifications.
• Create effective job postings that attract qualified applicants and manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
• Effectively handling HR Operations.
• Assisting the Manager in Employee Relations and HR Policies.
• Assisting in Payroll process.
• Induction and Onboarding the new employees.
• Conducting Exit interviews.
• HR database management.

Preferred candidate profile

• HR experience of 2 to 5 years
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) functions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Bachelor's / PG degree in Human Resources or related field
• Pharma Industry experience will be added advantage
