We are looking for an IT Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for various IT roles across the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure we bring on board the best technical talent to drive our business forward.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing and Screening:

• Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future recruitment needs.

2. Recruitment Process Management:

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely and seamless scheduling.
• Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and optimize recruitment strategies.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.

3. Stakeholder Management:

• Regularly communicate with internal stakeholders (hiring managers, HR, etc.) to ensure that hiring requirements are met.
• Provide guidance on market trends, compensation data, and candidate availability.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure engagement.

4. Reporting & Analytics:

• Maintain records of all recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.
• Provide reports and updates to management regarding the recruitment process and status of open positions.
• Analyze recruiting data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

5. Offer Management and Onboarding:

• Extend offers to selected candidates and manage negotiation processes when required.
• Work with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.

6. Employer Branding:

• Support the employer branding efforts to attract top talent.
• Participate in job fairs, campus hiring, and other recruitment events.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-8 years of experience in IT recruitment for diverse clients.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in the tech industry).
• Strong understanding of technical roles and IT-related skillsets.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced workload with minimal supervision.

Weekly Off:

• 2nd and 4th Saturdays
