Urgent requirement For Regional HR- Assets Recruitment

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for overall management of the HR function.

2. Cost efficient recruitment and staffing as per the requirements of Assets department in the company.

3. Maintaining employee relation for managing absence, disciplinary, grievance, PF, Gratuity, etc.

4. Establish and maintain multilateral communication channels and methods for enhanced transparency.

5.Coordinating the induction training for the new joiners at the respective location

6. Branch visit & employee engagement.

Preferred candidate profile

1. well verse in English, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil

2. should be comfortable with travelling

3. should have knowledge of Assets products
