Position Summary: The Recruitment Executive will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent for various positions within our organization. This role involves proactive sourcing, engaging with potential candidates, and building a strong talent pipeline to meet our operational needs.

• Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit for open positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and trends within the BPO industry.
• Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring initiatives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
• Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and reporting as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
