Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (TA)

• Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.

• Job Postings: Create and manage job advertisements on relevant job boards, social media, and internal platforms.

• Candidate Coordination: Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and offer letters.

• Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive candidate experience.
  

Payroll Administration:

• Payroll Processing: Assist in the timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Attendance & Leave Tracking: Monitor employee attendance records, sick leave, vacation days, and other time-off requests.

• Data Entry: Update and maintain employee payroll data, including new hires, terminations, and salary changes.

• Benefits Coordination: Assist in managing employee benefits and deductions, including insurance, retirement plans, and other compensation-related matters.
