Job Title: HR Executive Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, joining formalities, appointment letters, and induction processes. You will ensure a smooth experience for new hires from sourcing to onboarding, helping them integrate seamlessly into the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:
  Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open positions. Coordinate interviews and assist hiring managers in the selection process.
• Offer & Appointment Letters:
  Extend job offers and draft appointment letters outlining terms of employment, salary, and benefits.
• Joining Formalities:
  Collect required documentation, ensure compliance, and coordinate pre-joining communication with new hires.
• Induction & Onboarding:
  Conduct orientation sessions, introduce new hires to company culture and policies, and guide them through their initial days. Ensure all systems and tools are set up before the first day.
• Employee Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records of recruitment, joining documents, and onboarding progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
• Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and ATS.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
