Urgent Requirement: HR- Operations (Immediate Joiner)

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
• Cultivate positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives to ensure legal adherence.
• Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development.
• Utilize HRIS systems and data analytics to track HR metrics, analyze trends, and generate insightful reports.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in human resources or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
