Junior Operations & HR Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Operations & HR Manager to join our team at Kochi. This role combines operational management with human resource responsibilities to ensure smooth business operations and a productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for optimizing processes and supporting a thriving workforce.

Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

• Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Assist in implementing and improving operational systems, processes, and best practices.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for senior management.

2. Team Coordination:

• Collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows and improve inter-departmental communication.
• Provide support and guidance to team members to achieve business objectives.

3. HR Administration:

• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Coordinate payroll processing and employee benefits administration.

4. Employee Relations:

• Address employee concerns and mediate workplace conflicts, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Promote employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.

5. Policy Development & Compliance:

• Assist in creating, updating, and enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations.

6. Performance Management:

• Support managers in conducting performance reviews and setting goals for employees.
• Monitor and report on workforce productivity and satisfaction.

7. Resource Management:

• Ensure optimal use of resources, including time, personnel, and materials.
• Assist in managing budgets and controlling costs.

8. Problem-Solving:

• Identify operational and HR challenges and implement solutions promptly.
• Address customer and internal team concerns with effective communication and problem resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations or HR roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems or operational software.
• Leadership or team management experience.
