Job Summary:
The Production Manager for Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes to ensure the efficient production of high-quality PEB components. This includes managing the workforce, coordinating with various departments, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Production Planning & Scheduling:

• Develop and implement production schedules based on project requirements and deadlines.
• Optimize resource utilization, including manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet project timelines.

2. Team Management:

• Supervise and lead a team of production supervisors, operators, and workers.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training to enhance skills.
• Foster a safe and collaborative work environment.

3. Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all PEB components meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures at every stage of production.
• Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.

4. Coordination:

• Collaborate with the design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on production progress.

5. Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and address potential hazards promptly.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and certifications.

6. Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
• Invest in automation and technology to enhance production efficiency.

7. Inventory & Resource Management:

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure the timely availability of materials.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to avoid production delays.

Qualifications & Experience:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in PEB or related industries.
Familiarity with steel fabrication, welding, and assembly processes is a must.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Work Environment:
