Manager / Senior Manager - Production

1) Identify unsafe conditions and establish best safety procedures and practices.

2) Monitor day to day production activities with necessary action to ensure production as per targets and delivery compliance as per requirement.

3) To manage Actual vs. Planned production on daily basis, finding reasons for variance and take necessary actions to ensure timely completion of production.

4) To Complete the production targets and maximize the plant utilization with minimum work-in- progress inventory.

5) To generate Production Report, Compliance Report, Yield Report and Delay Report as per requirement.

6) To develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities.

7) To involve in Quality activities and check the process as per customer tolerances to avoid
deviation.

8) To monitor the inward materials of packing and checking the parameter as per standards.

9) To co-ordinate with internal customers (Material Planning, Quality, Despatch, etc).

10) Knowledge on root cause analysis by using various required analytical tools.
