Job Description
Location: Gurugram
Talent Acquisition: - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in line with business needs.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external Consultant.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, such as social media, employee referrals, and job boards.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor recruitment practices.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
- Analyze candidate feedback to identify areas for improvement in the candidate experience.
- Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights.
- Manage employee relations, address any concerns or issues, and ensure that a congenial work environment is maintained at the work place.
- Supports to create a workplace with highly engaged people and thereby fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Manage the offboarding process for existing employees, including exit interviews and knowledge transfer.
- Develop and generate regular reports on recruitment performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate source analysis.
- Track and analyze key HR metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and employee turnover.
- Use data to inform recruitment and employee experience strategies.
- Create visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs) to present recruitment data in a clear and concise manner.
