Department: Inside Tele Sales Team

Experience: 2 to 5 Years in sales

Roles and Responsibilies:

• To ensure that the daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are met.
• Monitoring and managing a team of Telesales execuves and driving producvity.
• Managing the day-to-day acvies of the team.
• Assisng team in closing the sales.
• Ensuring that the execuves meet targets and sending reports to the manager on the targets achieved.
• Increase the Conversion rate of leads received through various channels.
• Periodically reviewing the performance of the team, constantly movang execuves.
• Achieve KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and producvity targets for the team.
• DO KRA (Key Result Area) management and reporng.
• Give mely & real-me feedback with a view to improving calls.
• Absenteeism and arion management.
• Ensure Log-in hours are maintained as per set standards.
• Maintaining the lead hygiene of the team.

Skills Required: Sales Oriented, Good Communicaon skills, Team Handling, Sales Management, Microso Office Suite
