• Interact with potential/prospective students and their parents through telephonic calls, to inform them about the relevant program to provide information about program features and their benefits.
• Provide complete information about courses/programs, assisting in the admissions decision-making process.
• Guiding prospective students and their parents through the application and enrolment process.
• Source new student admissions opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls. Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through the phone.
• Must be comfortable doing calls (70-100 talkative calls), generating interest, qualifying prospects, and making new admissions.
• Maintaining a detailed record of all the interactions in the CRM.

Desired:

• Minimum Graduate with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have appeared for civil services mains exams such as UPSC, RAS, UPPCS, MPPSC, BPSC, or other government exams including Banking, SSC, Railway, Rajasthan Teaching, and similar examinations.
• Prior experience in Customer Service / Call Center / Inbound Sales / Outbound Sales Telemarketing would be an added advantage. (Not Mandatory).
• Must be an excellent communicator (verbal and written) and have superior people skills, also comfortable presenting program details over the phone.Mandatory: Laptop (4GB RAM), Stable Internet(40 mbps speed) & Headphone
