Data Scientist

• Experience Required: 4-5 years (with at least 2-3 years in Coaching/EdTech)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy predictive models, recommendation systems, and statistical analysis to improve user engagement and learning outcomes.
• Work with large-scale educational datasets to extract insights and optimize student learning paths.
• Design A/B testing strategies to measure and enhance the effectiveness of product features.
• Implement machine learning algorithms to personalize learning content and improve platform efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards & reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and security in all analytical processes.Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics,Mathematics, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python/R & SQL for data analysis and model building.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems.Soft Skills:
