Position: Team Lead - Operations

Experience: 3-5 years

We are looking for dynamic and talented individuals with experience in back-office operations, particularly in OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and digitization processes, who can help us continue delivering outstanding results. This role requires high intelligence, creativity, exceptional attention to detail, and strong team and project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Project and Team Management:

- Lead and manage a team of 10-15 executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, particularly in back-office functions involving OCR and digitization processes.

- Foster a positive, motivating, and open communication culture within the team.

- Set clear goals, delegate tasks, establish deadlines, and track progress to meet project objectives.

- Oversee daily operations and monitor team performance through established metrics.

- Encourage creativity, innovation, and risk-taking among team members.

Client Communication:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and delivery of high-quality services.

- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, particularly in projects involving OCR and digitization, and providing customized solutions.

Performance Management:

- Identify training needs and provide coaching to enhance team skills and performance, with a focus on processes involving OCR and digitization.

- Regularly review team performance, provide feedback, and recognize high achievements.

- Address and resolve any team conflicts or issues to maintain a harmonious work environment.

- Suggest and organize team-building activities to enhance teamwork and morale.

Essential Skills:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the BPO industry, with a focus on back-office operations.

- At least 2 years of proven experience in team management.

- Strong experience in processes involving OCR and digitization is highly preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in direct international client communication.

- A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy, with strong analytical skills.

- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work well under pressure.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment.
