Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to drive sales for the plotted development project.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, investors, and real estate agents.
Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
Ensure that all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure effective promotional campaigns.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, property values, and market dynamics.
Requirements
8-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on plot sales or land development.
Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
Strong knowledge of the real estate market, especially in plotted developments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Should Possess Good Knowledge of relevant sales software and CRM systems
