Job Description

Experience: 3 to 5 years in Tele Sales (preferably in selling investment plots or real estate investment products)
Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our team for our upcoming plotted development project. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling long-term real estate investment products, specifically investment plots, and will play a crucial role in lead management, site visits, and sales closures. As part of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective buyers, coordinating with the marketing and sales teams, and ensuring smooth follow-ups to convert leads into successful transactions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily tele-calling to prospective buyers, engaging them in discussions about investment plots and long-term real estate opportunities.
  • Manage and follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns, ensuring timely communication and follow-through.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to allocate leads and ensure appropriate follow-up.
  • Schedule and arrange site visits for prospective buyers, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to assist in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Work closely with channel partners for lead registration and ensure regular follow-up to drive conversions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, calls, and site visits in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports and MIS data on daily activity, tele-calling efforts, and site visit conversions.
  • Achieve set targets for site visits, tele-calling efforts, and lead follow-ups.
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in tele sales, with a focus on real estate investment products or investment plots.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling large volumes of leads.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to engage and convince prospective buyers over the phone.
  • Familiarity with lead management, follow-ups, and coordination between marketing, sales, and channel partners.
  • Experience in using CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and activities simultaneously.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Ability to coordinate and arrange site visits effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and channel partners.
