Job Description :
- Must be able to devote 9 hours per day, responding to all inbound calls during the working shift hours
- Making outbound calls to potential customers or clients to generate leads and create sales opportunities
- Communicating the features, benefits, and advantages of the company s products and services
- Developing a thorough understanding of the company s products, services, and industry to effectively communicate with prospects
- Generating and maintaining accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in the company s software or maintain in Excel
- Scheduling appointments and follow-up calls with potential customers or clients
- Providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams on the effectiveness of the company s messaging and sales strategies
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while conducting cold calling activities
