Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Campaign Developer to join our team and take ownership of building and deploying multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to create functional specifications, develop workflows, and ensure successful testing and deployment of campaigns. This role is critical for ensuring seamless communication and technical execution across campaign projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Client Requirement Analysis: Thoroughly understand client requirements and ensure clear
communication between clients and internal teams to ensure campaign success.
Solution Design & Audience Analysis: Use visual aids to design campaign solutions, including
audience segmentation and analysis.
Testing & Mock Data Preparation: Prepare mock data sets and develop test cases to ensure
efficient testing and campaign validation.
Audience Segmentation & Personalization: Ensure target audience attributes are accurately
defined to deliver personalized, effective campaigns. Estimate audience/segment counts to
guide campaign strategies.
Campaign Configuration: Configure campaign metadata for accurate tracking, reporting, and
performance monitoring.
Data Flow & Logic Implementation: Develop data flow logic to ensure efficient campaign
management and execution.
Template & Content Development: Build email templates and content using MARTECH tools.
Use scripting languages like Ampscript and JavaScript to personalize and develop email
content.
Quality Assurance & Testing: Develop and execute test cases, conduct thorough campaign
testing, and perform peer reviews to ensure alignment with client requirements.
Campaign Setup & Execution: Write SQL scripts for campaign setup, execution, and QC to
ensure smooth deployment.
Required Experience & Qualification:
Marketing Technology Expertise: Minimum 1 year of experience working with Adobe Journey
Orchestrator (AJO) and Adobe Campaign (ACC). Experience with campaign implementations
and project management is a plus.
SQL Development: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in SQL development for campaign
data management and analysis.
Scripting & Programming: Proficiency in scripting languages, with 1+ year of experience in
JavaScript (Ampscript experience is a plus).
Campaign Management: Experience in developing, configuring, and deploying multi-channel
marketing campaigns using marketing technology platforms.
Technical Communication: Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-
technical audiences, ensuring alignment across teams.
Marketing Concepts: Familiarity with basic marketing concepts such as ROI metrics and Key
Result Areas (KRAs) for campaign performance evaluation.
Learning & Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new technologies and apply them to campaign
development and execution.
Adobe Certification: Adobe Campaign-related certification is a must.
Education: A 4-year college degree in a technical field or an equivalent qualification.
Experience with Enterprise Software: Familiarity with enterprise software and project
implementation life cycles is a plus.
