eClerx Tech - Braze Campaign Developer (3-4 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Braze Specialist to lead and manage Braze-related projects, including building customer communications, setting up dynamic customer journeys, and integrating with third-party APIs.

The ideal candidate should have a solid technical foundation and a knack for working in fast-paced environments while delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Act as a consultant for Braze-related projects, ensuring optimal implementation and use of the platform.

- Build and deploy communications across multiple channels, including emails, in-app messages, push notifications, and SMS.

- Perform custom coding for dynamic content and personalization when required.

- Design and set up customer journeys to optimize engagement and retention.

- Integrate with third-party external APIs to enhance campaign functionality.

- Generate campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients and stakeholders.

- Analyze campaign requirements and suggest logical solutions tailored to specific use cases.

- Collaborate with clients and senior management to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with business goals.

Technical and Functional Skills Required :

- Bachelor's Degree with 4-5 years of experience working with Braze/Appboy.

- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- 3-4 years of experience in dynamic email scripting.

- 2-3 years of experience in responsive HTML coding.

- Expertise in building dynamic content blocks for emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS.

- Proficiency in designing and building customer journeys.

- Ability to understand database structures and handle exceptions while scripting for dynamic content and personalization.

- Experience in generating and analyzing campaign performance reports to share insights with clients.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively interface with clients and higher management.

- A proactive attitude to adapt to high-energy, fast-paced environments with changing priorities
