We are looking for Project Manager in the Campaign team at Upperthrust Technologies Private Limited responsible for ensures high-quality delivery of digital campaign and web strategy projects across multiple client accounts. This role supports client teams, collaborates with Account Delivery leaders, and drives business growth through effective digital solutions. Project Manager within the Marketing Platform (AJO, AEP, ACC) team will play a crucial role in delivering value to clients through the implementation of marketing platforms for campaign execution.  

Experience Required: 11-15 years of experience in Project Management.

Qualification Required: 

• 4-year technical degree or equivalent. 
• Adobe Campaign-related certification (mandatory). 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage project progress, quality, and delivery. 
• Resolve escalated issues and ensure process adherence. 
• Forecast resource availability and manage dependencies. 
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. 
• Oversee technical project deliveries and ensure successful execution. 
• Work with architects to develop technical solutions based on business requirements. 
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure alignment with business solutions. 
• Draft and review SOWs and contracts with clients and vendors. 
• Lead and appraise a team of technical resources. 
• Plan and execute multiple projects, analysing risks and estimating resources. 
• Manage third-party dependencies and escalate issues as needed. 
• Provide periodic project status updates and ensure timely escalations. 

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience with Adobe, AJO, ACC-based applications. 
• 3+ years in Digital/Marketing operations. 
• Strong skills in MS-Project and Agile tools (e.g., JIRA). 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
• Knowledge of E-commerce & Digital domains. 
• Experience in leading globally distributed teams.
