Project Management: Collaborate with the campaign lead to assist in planning, coordinating, allocating resources, and executing marketing projects to ensure alignment with goals and timely delivery. Creative Traffic Control: Partner with the creative team to manage the workflow of creative projects, ensure briefs are fulfilled, and facilitate timely reviews and approvals while maintaining communication with key stakeholders across cross-functional teams. Onboarding Support: Aid in onboarding new team members, offering resources and guidance to help integrate them into the team culture and processes. Team Support: Organize team meetings/events, track action items, and follow up to ensure the timely completion of critical tasks. Collaborate with the finance team to assist with budget tracking. Roles and responsibilities for positions related to Adobe Campaign Manager: Campaign Management. Campaign Planning: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Audience Segmentation: Utilize data to segment audiences for targeted messaging. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed. Collaboration: Work with creative teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand guidelines. Email Marketing Specialist. Email Campaign Development: Create and manage email campaigns, including design and content. A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests to optimize email performance. List Management: Maintain and update email lists, ensuring compliance with regulations. Data Analyst. Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the campaign system. Insights Generation: Analyze customer data to provide insights for campaign strategies. Reporting: Create regular reports on campaign performance and customer behavior. Technical Consultant. Implementation Support: Assist in setting up and configuring Adobe Campaign for clients. Integration: Help integrate Adobe Campaign with other marketing tools and databases. Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and resolve issues related to campaign execution. Creative Director. Creative Strategy: Lead the development of creative concepts for campaigns. Content Oversight: Ensure all content meets brand standards and campaign objectives. Team Leadership: Guide and mentor, the creative team throughout the campaign process. Project Manager. Project Coordination: Oversee the timeline and deliverables for marketing campaigns. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between teams and stakeholders. These roles may vary depending on the organization and its specific needs, but they all contribute to the successful execution of marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Manager. What Youll Need. Experience using Adobe Campaign and AJO preferred. Experience of AEM would be useful. Must have experience working in a tag management platform. (e g Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager). Hands-on experience with analytics platforms (e g Adobe Analytics) and how tags are set up to pass data to Adobe Analytics for reporting. Experience with data layer design, implementation and how to leverage it for the purposes of tag management. Must have strong working knowledge of tools and scripting languages. Experience migrating to Adobes WebSDK and strong understanding of Martech platforms will be helpful. Experience managing and leading a high performing team. Familiarity with marketing best practices, including responsive design, personalization, and dynamic content. Familiarity with privacy regulations (e g GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on data collection and tag management. Quickly understands complex systems and processes. Attention to detail with strong project management skills, delivering on time. Demonstrated track record of building and optimizing cross-channel customer and prospect journeys. Creative problem solver, shows perseverance when presented with barriers. Must be approachable and a strong team player. Self-starter, works well under pressure and tight deadlines. Strong technical, written and communication skills are a must. Proven ability to communicate and build cross functional relationships. Education. Bachelor's Degree.
