Senior Campaign Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Location - Remote

Job Overview:
The Senior Campaign BSA will oversee all phases of the Client Campaign Lifecycle, including estimation, design, build, quality control (QC), deployment, and reporting for cross-channel campaigns. This role requires collaboration across multiple teams to ensure successful market launches.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Campaign Planning & Design: Gather requirements, estimate project scope, and design campaigns for multiple channels.
• Campaign Development: Build workflows for audience selection, segmentation, and campaign deployment across channels.
• Quality Control: Perform QC checks to ensure data, content, and functionality accuracy.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure on-time task completion and campaign success.
• Post-Deployment Support: Provide post-launch support, including data analysis, monitoring, and detailed reporting.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the campaign lifecycle to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Optimization & Reporting: Streamline campaign launches, enhance audience selection, and optimize performance to achieve campaign goals and maximize ROI.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Marketing Technology Integration: Proficiency with AJO (Adobe Journey Orchestration), ACC (Adobe Campaign Classic), and AEP (Adobe Experience Platform).
• Campaign Implementation: Minimum 4+ years of experience in campaign implementation, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience on the AJO platform.
• 3+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of scripting or programming experience, preferably in JavaScript.
• Experience in cross-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., Push Notifications, In-App messaging).
• Campaign Delivery Expertise: Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-channel campaigns.
• Technical Communication: Ability to articulate and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Enterprise Software & Project Life Cycles: Familiarity with enterprise software and understanding of project implementation life cycles.
• CRM/Marketing Application Knowledge: Understanding of CRM and/or marketing processes is a plus.
• Campaign Metrics & ROI: Familiarity with key marketing concepts, including campaign ROI metrics and performance KPIs.

• Bachelors degree in a technical field, or equivalent work experience.
• Adobe Campaign-related certification is required.
