Role Overview Description
We are growing our Implementation Team to meet the needs of our rapidly expanding client base and set the foundation for our team to continue growing over the coming years. We have the technology, funding, experience, and capability to scale our business quickly. We are seeking an experienced Developer in the Strategic Solutions team who will be responsible for development and documentation of report datasets and complex SQL procedures to support multiple aspects of the implementation process. These items can include data migration, data reconciliation, reporting, and automations among others. Additionally, the successful candidate will be confident and comfortable in front of clients and will have extensive experience in a client-facing role.
The Role -
• Develop and document complex SQL procedures to support various stages of the implementation process, including data migration, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Design and build report datasets to facilitate accurate and efficient data analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
• Automate processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in data management and reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of solutions.
• Conduct data validation and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and consistency during migration and other processes.
• Provide technical expertise and support for the resolution of data-related issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements, present solutions, and address queries, demonstrating a strong client-facing ability.
• Document technical processes and solutions to ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer and compliance with internal standards.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to improve performance and outcomes.
About You -
• Critical to have a sound technical knowledge of industry software and professional reporting programs for example TSQL, C# (or equivalent programming language), Professional Reporting (SSRS, Crystal, DevExpress (preferred)), Excel
• Bachelors (4 year) degree in Business (or MBA) or Computer Science, related field, or certifications
• 4+ years working with financial systems or financial reporting.
• An understanding of basic accounting principles
• Experience in Alternative Assets industry preferred.
• A team player who is eager to help where possible.
