Role Overview Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Lead Engineer to oversee the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership experience, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
● Lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.
● Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
● Oversee development activities, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
● Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
● Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems.
● Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce platforms.
● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
● Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend new features or optimizations.
● Provide technical leadership during project planning, execution, and delivery.
● Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and processes.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
● Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) preferred.
● Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
● Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migrations, and custom development.
● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.

Preferred Skills:
● Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
● Knowledge of other CRM platforms and integration methods.
● Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools within Salesforce.
● Understanding of security best practices in Salesforce environments.
