We help clients optimize their drilling and completion operations through innovative and proprietary software tools and data-driven insights to provide effective real-time data management, 24/7.

Job Description
The role of a Systems Developer involves development and testing of our Core backend applications. This position requires strong technical expertise in languages like Go and databases like PostgreSQL, along with a deep understanding of performance tuning. The Systems Developer ensures code quality, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and drives innovation and continuous improvement. This role requires effective communication, stakeholder management, and a passion for delivering high-quality high-performing applications.

Responsibilities
● Collaborating frequently with the management to provide solutions and assistance.
● Responsible for creating highly scalable, flexible and resilient solutions that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of best practices.
● Providing technical expertise for every phase of the project lifecycle; from concept development to solution design, implementation, optimization and support.
● Well versed with Go language
● Establish the governance, best practices and frameworks for Backend related technologies.
● Ideate and design of innovative solutions using the latest design concepts and principles.
● Work on the performance tuning, re-design and re-factoring for a module.
● Contributes to designing and implementing the build, release process as well as system configuration and deployment characteristics of the application.
● Implements (hands-on) the module components based on prevailing Framework and Open-source standards & its best practices.

Qualifications (Must have)
● 3+ years of IT experience in application development.
● Owns the end-to-end technical implementation through different stages of its life cycle.
● Hands-on experience with implementation of backend applications using Go language.
● Expertise in Modern MVC and Microservices based Architecture and Design.
● Hands on experience on RDBMS such as PostgreSQL is mandatory
● Expertise in Performance tuning applications
● Expertise in RESTful services
● Strong in software development process, test driven development.
● Strong analytical and debugging skills
● Self-Driven attitude
● Ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas and solutions to teams

Qualifications (Preferred)
● Experience in Web Socket
● Experience in WITSML and ETP – Energy Standards
● Experience or knowledge in Rust
● Experience with Docker Containers
● Experience in Message Queues

Engagement Type:
● Job Type: Direct Contract with client where client will do wire transfer
● Location: Remote
● Working time: 10 AM to 7 PM IST
