Manager - Financial Reporting

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Utilize the SAP ERP system to generate period-end financial reports in strict adherence to the applicable Ind-AS/IFRS standards.
2. Assist with the consolidation of group accounts, including cash flow statements and IFRS 16, while also addressing any queries raised by joint venture partners.
3. Spearheaded efforts to improve daily/monthly accounting processes and workflows by
driving automation and managing necessary enhancements.
4. Plan, direct, and monitor all accounting activities to ensure the timely closure of books with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
5. Liaise with statutory auditors to ensure timely completion of quarterly and annual audits,
while providing support and clear communication throughout the process.
6. Collaborate with the finance team to plan and consult with statutory auditors, monitor
progress, and make necessary course corrections to achieve desired outcomes..
7. Prepare pertinent audit schedules in a structured and organized manner as per auditor
requirements.
8. Furnish comprehensive details for reporting under the National Sample Survey- the Office of the Economic Advisor (NSS) and The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) to ensure compliance and avoid any potential issues.
9. Mentor and train new team members who join as management trainees.
