Financial Reporting Specialist

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Assistant/Deputy Finance Manager, Support in corporate accounting, and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, MIS and other relevant statutory requirements.

• Preparation of COGs and inventory valuation for required for financial statement.

• Preparation of Consolidated financial Statements of multiple foreign and domestic subsidiaries as per Ind-As, and other regulatory requirement.

• Staying informed of industry trends and developments in accounting and finance,

• Coordination with all subsidiary finance functions for MIS and other requirement as per compliance/management.

• Supporting the automation projects of accounts, finance and in SAP and other process improvements

• Maintaining books and accounts for local subsidiary companies

Preferred candidate profile

Accounting Expertise:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards. This includes expert knowledge of Indian Accounting Standard (Ind-As/IGAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Implement and maintain a robust financial reporting system that adheres to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Knowledge of internal control procedures and regulations to ensure compliance with relevant laws and accounting standards. This involves safeguarding company assets and maintaining accurate records.

Financial Compliance and Analysis:

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial laws, regulations, and accounting principles.

Oversee internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing audit findings.
