Role & responsibilities

• Injection molded part design self-review
• Various plastic raw materials and its processing requirements
• Injection molding Process understanding (part wall thickness, drafts etc.
• Knowledge of part DFM and DFA
• DFMEA knowledge
• Knowledge of GD&T implementation in drawing
• Application of tolerance stack up in assembly
• Understanding of problem
• Root cause analysis
• Knowledge of reliability testing standards for electromechanical devices
• Knowledge of environmental testing for electromechanical devices
• Knowledge of injection molding tool design
• The common injection molding defects
• Knowledge of different engineering plastic material
• Plastic material use based on product requirement
• Hands-on experience on FEA tool
• Hands-on experience on thermal analysis tool
• Creo7.0 preferred
