Pcb Design Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. A. Experience of working on board designing & simulation softwares PADS (Logic, Layout, Router & Hyperlynx: DRC, SI & PI), PROTEL - Altium, OrCAD, Allegro.
2. b. Knowledge of understanding modules of schematic and characteristics of components of digital, analog, power, high speed circuits.
3. c. Experience of Designing high speed PCB board with through hole and HDI VIAS - multiple layer PCB designing up to 10 layers.
4. d. Sound knowledge on design rules for PCB Designing & PCB Manufacturing tolerances and technologies.
5. e. Good knowledge on importance of RF components and their specific design rules and characteristic isolation from other modules of the device.
6. f. Knowledge of design rules and functioning of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, various sensors applications.
7. g. Knowledge on different SMT electronic components and their behavior, characteristics and importance of usage.
8. h. Knowledge of functioning and design rules for analog and digital, high speed and low speed signaling, power distribution network, plane splitting and layer isolation.
9. i. Knowledge of PCB panelization and stacking with impedance control for manufacturing of PCB Bare board.
10. j. Work closely with other engineers in the department to ensure that the overall HW circuit design index implements on schedule and meets the requirements of reliability and consistency
